Although I have yet to meet Dr. Pete, I truly respect him and his message. After reading his book this weekend, I keep going back to the main character, Bob. While his story had an unpleasant outcome (you'll have to read the book to find out), it teaches us about the importance of setting goals, being proactive when it comes to our health, and gathering up a team of cheerleaders who can help us overcome the health challenge(s) that we might be faced with.
I also love Dr. Pete's latest message to the new congress regarding the future of healthcare. Check out this video and let me know if you agree.
Dr. Pete and Coach Cobb have formed the More Health Less Care Alliance. They are helping all Americans take back their health! I am excited to be part of their message this Thursday by being featured on their weekly radio show.
