Wellness Elixer

Revised from Dr. Janet Hull's recipe

Ingredients:

3 slices lemons
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 clove freshly minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
5 cups filtered spring water
Honey to taste

Directions:

Simmer all ingredients until lemons are soft and pale. Strain a portion into a mug and add just a touch of raw local honey (any honey will do but this type is the most beneficial to your body!).

Drinking this potent mixture of antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal ingredients 3x per day can help your symptoms not progress into a full-blown illness.
