Swiss Chard with Leeks

Ingredients:
1 bunch of swiss chard, largely diced
1 cup leeks, ¼ inch slices
1 Tbs virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Put oil into large nonstick sauté pan, and heat over high heat.  Add garlic and leeks, and sauté 1 ½ minutes.  Add swiss chard and sauté a few more minutes (just before it wilts).  Season with sea salt and pepper.
