Chocolate Fondue
Eating WellIngredients:
3 oz. bittersweet (dark) chocolate
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon instant expresso powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1 banana, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
8 one inch chunks of fresh pineapple
4 organic strawberries
Directions:
Place chunks of chocolate in a double broiler and melt over heat (not boiling water). Turn the heat down on stove and blend in heavy cream, expresso, vanilla and salt. When fully mixed and hot/warm pour chocolate mixture into a serving bowl. Serve with fruit. Have a Happy Valentine's Day!
