Here are some things you can start doing today to help prevent Cancer.
Cancer Prevention Checklist
- Eat a healthy diet that primarily includes organic, hormone-free ingredients.
- Reduce your weight by eating whole foods and incorporating a consistent and regular work out routine.
- Build up a sweat when you are working out. This will help detoxify the body and build up endurance.
- Change your self-limiting thoughts to self-supporting ones. Void yourself of any fear based thoughts. Remember, life supports you!
- Take antioxidants in the form of fruits, vegetables, supplements and alkaline water. Acai is a great antioxidant as long as it is harvest properly.
- Maintain a proper pH. Test your pH regularly using pH strips. If you're too acidic, try adding a green drink to your regular routine.
- Get sunshine daily. Recent research shows us that Vitamin D levels are important for many types of cancer prevention. Get your levels checked and supplement during the winter months (and for many, summer months too). Consider avoiding sunblock when you're outside for just 20 minutes at a time.
- Studies suggest that it's best for men to drink no more than two alcoholic beverages per day and women no more than one. Less is more in this case!
- Nourish your body everyday through food, relationships, career and spirituality!
