Spring DetoxificationTips: Dump The Junk!

Toxins are created during the normal process of metabolism and from our environment (polluted air and water, industrial byproducts, chemicals in our food and living environment, etc.)  It is critical that we regularly detoxify ourselves of these pollutants to keep ourselves feeling and looking our best.

There are many steps we can take to feel better from the inside out.  All sorts of cleanses and detoxification programs exist on the market but quality varies drastically.  In my experience, there are few programs that address both phase I and phase II detoxification, both being of utmost important. 

Additionally many cleanse/detoxification programs are quite harsh on the system and instead of feeling better during and afterwards, we feel worse!  Of course the first couple of days might be difficult for some if they are giving up refined carbohydrates, processes sugars, coffee, etc.  But after those couple of days, one should experience positive results!
