Avocado Salad with Coconut & Almonds

This simple recipe is an excellent source of fiber, gluten free, low in carbohydrates and sodium.  Add to mixed greens for a heartier dish.

Ingredients:

Organic sliced almonds
2 tsp agave nectar
2 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
2 cups cubed avocado

Directions:

Divide the avocado into 4 servings and sprinkle the coconut, almonds and agave on top.  Enjoy!
