I hold a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition from University of Bridgeport's Nutrition Institute and am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, EFT (aka "tapping" or Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, and Advanced Psych-K® Facilitator. I have studied under some of the most influential practitioners in holistic and integrative nutrition. I am a strong advocate for the Paleo Diet approach yet I appreciate all of the varying subsets of this "diet" so that it is a truly individual experience and one that works best for you.

I Walk My Talk:
You should know that I walk my talk. Prior to becoming a nutritionist, I myself worked with a nutritionist to address a doctor's diagnosis of irritable bowel (IBS) and other health complaints. Today, I am able to happily eat all of the varied foods that Mother Nature provides and have a very balanced approach. Letting go of the fear, judgement and subconscious programming was a big part of my journey. Everyday I am learning and I often use my body as my own experimental lab! I have undergone several different assessments (by way of labs, foods, testing, energy work, etc) and continue to do this in order to keep my health and happiness in check.
